Helichrysum

 Known to heal and protect muscle soreness. Great for regenerating aging skin.  Boosting the immune system, mood enhancement, stress reduction, cuts, sunburns, bronchitis.  This is one of the more expensive oils, but well worth the investment.  I love to use it in my handcrafted items. It's the first thing I grab to prevent a bruise or heal an overworked muscle.
